Villetta in posizione isolata immersa nelle verdi montagne di Cortona a 700 m s.l.m. Circondata da boschi; ideale per amanti della natura, Trekking e relax. Raggiungibile in macchina da Castiglion Fiorentino ( 15 Km) e da Cortona ( 18 Km.) con 5 km di strada bianca. L'interno dell'abitazione è composto da una grande sala con focolare e TV , una cucina, una camera matrimoniale con letto per bambini e un'altra camera con due letti singoli e un letto a castello e servizio. I posti letto sono 7 più un bambino. L'esterno della villetta è circondato da un ampio giardino, attrezzato per un piacevole soggiorno con tavoli in pietra, forno a legna, e fontana. A 800mt piscina
